Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026 · sustainablehumancapacity.stitchverse.net

By accessing this site and using these tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. These terms exist to protect both you and the integrity of the framework.

1. What This Framework Is

The Systems Theory of Sustainable Human Capacity (STSHC) v1.0, including all associated tools, documents, and digital assets available at sustainablehumancapacity.stitchverse.net, is a voluntary, non-diagnostic, non-clinical planning framework for individual self-regulation and organizational workflow accommodation.

The System Coefficient (SC) and Aggregate Capacity Index (ACI) are self-report planning heuristics. They are not medical measurements, clinical assessments, or validated psychometric instruments. All outputs are directional planning inputs only.

2. What This Framework Is Not

This framework must never be used as:

A medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. A performance management instrument, employee evaluation tool, or basis for employment decisions. A fitness-for-duty assessment or occupational health screening. A basis for disciplinary action, promotion, demotion, or termination of employment. A substitute for professional mental health support, crisis intervention, or therapeutic services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service in your jurisdiction immediately.

3. Intellectual Property

All STSHC framework content — including but not limited to the theoretical architecture, SC formula, ACI formula, tier naming, tool designs, written content, and the STSHC name and mark — is the intellectual property of Akeem Timothy (Blacka Di Danca), © 2024–2026, all rights reserved.

The White Paper is published under CC-BY 4.0 on OSF and may be cited and shared with attribution. All other tools and documents are proprietary. You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the tools or documents without written permission
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, authorship attributions, or disclaimer text
  • Claim authorship or ownership of any part of the framework
  • Create derivative products based on the framework for commercial use without a license
  • Use the STSHC name, SC formula, or ACI formula in a competing product without permission

Academic citation, educational use, and personal non-commercial use are permitted with full attribution to Akeem Timothy (Blacka Di Danca) and a link to sustainablehumancapacity.stitchverse.net.

4. Enterprise and Organizational Use

Organizations deploying the STSHC framework with teams of practitioners must comply with the Ethical Firewall Protocol as described in the White Paper and Master Manual. Key requirements:

  • Individual SC and ACI scores must never be accessible to management
  • Participation must be voluntary at point of entry
  • The framework must not be used for performance management, evaluation, or employment decisions
  • Organizations must not claim STSHC compliance without implementing the full Ethical Firewall architecture
  • Minimum aggregate cell size of five operators (n ≥ 5) must be enforced before any team-level data is displayed

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

These tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools are error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. All SC and ACI tier boundaries are theoretically derived and have not been empirically validated. Treat all outputs as directional planning estimates, not precise measurements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akeem Timothy (Blacka Di Danca) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the STSHC tools or framework — including but not limited to employment decisions, organizational changes, or health-related decisions made in reliance on SC or ACI scores.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Akeem Timothy (Blacka Di Danca) is domiciled. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through applicable legal channels.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the framework evolves. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the tools after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
